1. Returns

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

  • Books: You can return any book in its original condition (unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it) within 30 days of purchase.
  • Non-book Items: If applicable, other items (such as book accessories) can also be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Return Process:

  • You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return, including our return address.
  • Please ensure that items are packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping.

2. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note the following:

  • Full Refunds: If the product is returned in its original condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the item.
  • Partial Refunds: If the product is returned in less-than-perfect condition (e.g., damaged or missing parts), we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong product sent).

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order. The new order will be processed as a separate transaction, and you will receive the appropriate refund for the returned item as per our refund policy.
